How big is yours?

I always get asked if I prefer to hold a physical book in my hands or read books via an e-reader.

While there's something relaxing for me about sitting on the couch with a physical book and a nice cup of tea or coffee (preferably on a rainy day), I also regularly grab my e-reader. Why?

I consciously decided to get an e-reader a few years ago, and you hear people say, "Nothing beats a physical book." I thought the same thing for a long time, until I was packing my own suitcase for my beach vacation and quickly realized that an e-reader would save me space and weight. I've been crazy about it ever since!

Once I had my e-reader in my hands, a whole new world opened up! There are several authors who deliberately publish only e-books, and I could finally read them too! I could finally take my digital books everywhere without a worry! On my way to school, later on my way to work, and on vacation, I could read endlessly, and I even regularly picked it up while I was waiting.
